Fully welded, CNC pressed, Mild Steel “Base Structure” with 6mm Mild Steel mounts
Laser cut design integrated into side rail profile creating tie off points
2mm mild steel one piece tapered and Flared adjustable guards
Aluminium accessories fitted to reduce weight:

All external welds are sanded flush to give a seamless finish
CNC folded head-bow, welded to a CNC folded sheet metal landing with bolt on cover plate
Headboard design includes provisions/support for mounting of - spare tyres, work lights, power outlets & solar input

Flush floor to door opening design for easy fitment of internal draws, benches, slides etc
Integrated Cable Routing throughout canopy protecting cable runs from damage (cable runs within fridge compartment are protected via wall partition)
3x Gull-wing doors with internal door skins. All doors have been fitted with central locking handles to ensure piece of mind the contents are safe and eliminates the chances of forgetting to lock a door when leaving the vehicle
3x adjustable door height settings for doors at open position
Automotive grade door seals fitted, along with in field testing have ensured a complete contact seal is achieved to the entire canopy keeping it free from dust
Double Return folds for added seal Protection against Water ingress
Stainless steel mounting hardware
Quick release hold down mounts for ease of removing canopy when tray space required
